Plain English, no legalese: what we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it deleted. Effective July 13, 2026.
Who we are
Crush Brand Marketing ("we," "us") builds websites and provides local SEO services for service businesses. This site is crushbrandmarketing.com. Questions about this policy go to jonathan@crushbrandmarketing.com.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you type into our forms (contact form, homepage form, and website audit request). Depending on the form, that includes:
- Your name and business name
- Phone number and email address
- Your website address, primary service, and service area
- Whatever you write in the message field
We don't create visitor accounts or sell browsing data. We do use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website.
Analytics
Google Analytics collects information about visits to this site, such as pages viewed, referring source, device and browser details, broad location, and interactions like scrolling or clicking an outbound link. We use these reports to understand traffic and improve the site. We do not use Analytics to collect the information you enter into our forms.
Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide its analytics service. Google processes this information under its own Privacy Policy. You can limit this collection through your browser's privacy settings or Google's Analytics opt-out tools.
How form submissions are handled
Forms on this site are processed by Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider. Your submission is stored in our Netlify account and emailed to jonathan@crushbrandmarketing.com. Netlify's handling of that data is covered by Netlify's privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your message, prepare your free audit, or provide a quote
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry
- Nothing else
We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. Submitting a form doesn't sign you up for a newsletter or automated sequence.
Cookies and analytics
This site currently sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool in the future, we'll update this page to say exactly what it collects.
Third-party services
Two external services appear on this site:
- Google Fonts — loads the site's typefaces from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of serving the files.
- Calendly — if you book a strategy call, scheduling happens on Calendly's site under Calendly's privacy policy.
Data retention and deletion
We keep form submissions as long as they're useful for serving you. Want your information deleted? Email jonathan@crushbrandmarketing.com and we'll remove it from our records and confirm — no questions, no hoops.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. We won't quietly weaken it.
